Glenn Hurowitz is Climate Advisers' director of campaigns and shapes the firm's political, communications, and field work. He helps the firm's clients achieve their policy and public education goals by designing and implementing winning campaigns. In this work, Glenn draws on his experience in a variety of senior positions in the environmental movement and as a veteran of many election campaigns, as well as work advising private sector clients. An accomplished writer, Glenn is the author of the critically acclaimed book Fear and Courage in the Democratic Party, and his work has been featured in The New York Times, Politico, The Los Angeles Times, The Nation, and many other publications. He has appeared on CNN, MSNBC, FOX, CBS, NPR, and others. Glenn also serves as the Director of the Tropical Forest and Climate Coalition, an alliance of environmental, business, scientific, and agricultural groups working to protect tropical forests as part of the solution to climate change. A graduate of Yale University and the Green Corps environmental organizing fellowship, Glenn is also a senior fellow at the Center for International Policy.
